I bet we can all thank whatever or whoever the hell is up in the sky, for giving us cooler temps today, because if we all had to go through another 43C heat wave I’m sure we all would have ended up dead (see above image).  So in the most celebratory way I could think of, I bought a new pair of shorts – super airy – and did a Tom Cruise! Who wouldn’t be jumping for joy when the most ridiculous temperature since 1939 has been and gone!
